Join Our West Bayfront and the St. Martin Learning Center for a pre – purchase class led by HUD certified teachers, that will cover all of the things you should know as you consider homeownership.
Topics will include the advantages and disadvantages of home ownership, budget planning, how to begin the home buying process, and more!
This class will take place on Saturday July 15th, from 10AM – 2PM at the Martin Luther King Center.
